Pranayama Notes

Having perfected asanas and exploring subtler and unknown dimensions of Prana by modulating breaths is called Pranayama. Breath is not Prana, but breathing happens because of Prana.

Pranayama opens doors to introvertness. It changes the direction of objective search to subjective realization.

It is the fourth step in Rajyoga.
