Point Space Point

Please take a comfortable position. Take and maintain the spine erect. Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through the center of your lips as effortlessly as possible. Carry out five breaths like this.

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through the center of your lips with mental chanting of AUM. Carry out five breaths like this.

Gaze at the tip of your nostril: Become aware of the tip of your nostril and breathe in and breathe out gracefully. After a breath or two you will feel as if you breathe through the tip of the nostril and not through the nostrils. Progressively your breathing will slow down, enjoy it. Please carry out five breaths gracefully and gently.

Gaze at the center of your eyebrows: Become aware of the center of your eyebrows and breathe in and breathe out gracefully. After a breath or two you will feel as if you breathe through the center of your eye brows and not through your nostrils. Progressively your breathing will slow down, enjoy it. Please carry out five breaths gracefully and gently.

Go behind your forehead: Become aware of the space behind the forehead. Keep enjoying a gentle respiration, feeling as if sitting under a starry sky, a humongous, infinite space, Akash. As breathing progresses you may experience bodyless body. All your objective identities slowly vanish reaching to a single pointed identity. Slowly the boundary of your forehead will dissolve experiencing Chidakash in front and in the back of dissolved forehead. Chidakash everywhere, chidakash and chidakash only. Enjoy identity less identity, aloneness, your true self, as long as possible.

If mind wanders. Please do not open eyes. Instead start counting 50 to zero in reverse order without missing any number. In case you miss any number start from 50 again. Then rebegin from gazing at the tip of your nose.
