Oh God, Bless us! So we may live together. We may be nourished together. And may we study the brilliance of your knowledge together without any sense of pride, prejudice or ego. May peace prevail in our body and mind. May peace prevail in all the celestial bodies in the cosmos. May peace prevail in our journey to self realization.
3. Shãnti Mantrã Ishãwãsya Upanishad
AUM POORNAMADAH POORNAMIDAM POORNÃT POORNAMUDACHYATE POORNASYA POORNAMÃDÃYA POORNAMEVÃVASHISHYATE.
That invisible God Who is the Protector of all is Perfect. This world that is created by Him is also Perfect. Only Perfect is created by Perfect. After all of this, which is Perfect, has been subtracted from HIM - the Whole - He still remains Whole and Perfect.
4. SHÃNTI PÃTHA
ASATO MÃ SADGAMAYA TAMASO MÃ JYOTIRGAMAYA MRUTYORMÃ AMRUTAM GAMAYA.
May I be lead from untruth to truth, from darkness (of ignorance) to light (of knowledge) and from mortality to immortality.
5. Sarveshãm Swasthih Bhavatu

May every being find joy and harmony within his own nature. May there be peace within every being. May every being feel whole and complete. May there be divine grace, fulfillment and harmony with every being. May all beings be content and blissful.
6. MahãMrutyunjaya Mantra
TRYAMBAKAM YAJÃMAHE SUGANDHIM PUSHTIVARDHANAM URVÃRUKAM IVA BANDHANÃT MRUTYORMUKSHEEYA MÃMRUTAT
May we respect, honor and be in the company of Tryambak (Lord Vishnu), who grew with the blessings of 3 mothers (Aditi, Anumati and Saraswati). May we develop a sweet spiritual fragrance and a nourishing and healthful body, mind and spirit. Just like a ripe water-melon falls off the vine without any effort of its own, may I thus be liberated from bondage of mortality and self. May we have the company of a soul that has blossomed forth nurtured lovingly by the three Spiritual Mothers - ADITI (the power of God), ANUMATI ( the power of Self ), and SARASWATI ( the power of the Divine Intellect ). Because only such a soul possesses the sweet spiritual fragrance that enhances Physical, Mental and Spiritual power and suffuses it in those who keep his company. Just as a watermelon sweetens and ripens in the sun and falls effortlessly upon mother earth, those that keep company of such a soul are suffused by sweet spiritual fragrance and are thus freed from the world. And just as the seeds within the watermelon are loosened from the flesh upon separation from its vine, similarly the person is freed of all sanskãras. May I become such a wonderful and fortunate person and liberate myself from the worldly bondage of birth and death, and be united with my Divine Mother - the Immortal Supreme Being - GOD.
7. GÃYATRI MANTRA
AUM BHOORBHOOVAH SWAH. TAT SAVITURVARENYAM. BHARGO DEVASYA DHEEMAHI. DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYÃT.
We meditate upon that pure illumination, tthe original energy, with whom I seek to conjoin in harmony, the creator of the three worlds; may that illumination guide our intellect and action towards the Truth.
8. Morning Prayer 1: Prãtah Prãrthanã
KARÃGRE VASATE LAXMEEH KARAMOOLE SARASWATEE | KARAMADHYE TU GOVINDAH PRABHÃTE KARADARSHANAM ||
The Goddess of wealth is residing at the finger tips. (The amount that comes within reach of the tips is enough. Do not be greedy to grab wealth.) At the root of the palms resides the Goddess of Knowledge. (Enjoy reading a scripture resting at the base of your palms.) God dwells in the center of palms. (Pranashakti, all blessings and divine elements reside at the center of the palms.) (Hence) Observe your palm in the morning. (and remain in that spiritual consciousness the entire day).
9. Morning Prayer 2: Prãtah Prãrthanã
SAMUDRA VASANE DEVEE PARVATASTANA MANDALE | VISHNUPATNEE NAMASTUBHYAM PÃDASPARSHAM KSHAMASWAME ||
O! Goddess of Earth, whose garments are ocean and bosom, the mountains; consort of Lord Vishnu, may you please accept my salutations and pardon the touch of my feet.
10. Prayer before Meal
AHAM VAISHVÃNARO BHUTVÃ PRÃNINÃMA DEHAMÃSHRITAH PRÃNÃPÃNA SAMÃYUKTAM PACHÃMYANHAM CHATURBHUJAM
O! Arjun, I reside in the bodies of all animals in the form of digestive fire. Food (consumed in four ways – chewing, cutting, sucking and swallowing) is digested by me, balancing incoming and outgoing energies.
