About Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Like other meditative movement practices used for health purposes, various styles of yoga typically combine Asana, Pranayama, and meditation or relaxation.

There are nine kind of yoga; Karma Yoga, Gnan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raj Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Nad Yoga, and Swar Yoga.
